Rich Albano, co-owner

Rich was inspired when the opportunity for affordable solar energy surfaced in February, 2009 with the passing of the Federal and State incentives.  The combination of producing clean, renewable energy while offering a positive financial investment to homeowners and business owners was just too good to ignore.  Rich believes the future lies in our ability to work in conjunction with nature, and solar is a technology that takes advantage of the most abundant natural resource we have, energy from the Sun.

As a lifelong entrepreneur, Rich co-founded several successful businesses spanning the areas of Manufacturing, Real Estate and Environmental consulting.   Prior to co-founding 4BestSolar, Rich was an independent coach and consultant with The Entrepreneur’s Source and a graduate of the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching, a world-class coach training organization.

Rich was born and raised in the Trenton area.  He is a graduate of St. Anthony’s High School and holds a BS degree in Commerce from Rider University located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.  Rich resides in Chesterfield, NJ and is married with two children.  Rich’s goal is to make New Jersey a cleaner place to live, work, and play.

                                        Tom Rust, co-owner

Tom has 20 plus years of progressive marketing, sales, and general management experience.   Tom has held a number of senior-level management positions at Comcast Cellular where as a general manager of Comcast’s New Jersey markets he grew this business to in excess of $50 million in revenue in six years.  He moved to managing the development of international wireless projects as the Director of Operations and a member of the Board of Directors of a Brazilian wireless project.

A graduate of Bryant College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and has continued his education by completing the Executive Development Program at Columbia University. An active member of the community Tom is a past Chair of the Robbinsville Chapter of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce and Robbinsville Economic Development Committee. Tom has two grown children; Tiffany a sixth grade teacher living in Utah, and; Brandon a Qualitative Analyst who lives in Manhattan. Mike Kaiser, Director of Operations

Mike is a lifelong resident of New Jersey.  A recognized and awarded General Contractor for over 20 years, Mike prides himself on paying attention to detail, efficiency and high quality work.  This is best summed up by one of his customers, “they (Mike) took pride in the quality of work and stood behind it, often correcting mistakes made by the original developer of the house to turn it into a much better

                                     product.” 

Mike is a student of construction and development, a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.  He continues this learning both in the classroom and in practice where he is a NAHB Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), NAHB Graduate Master Builder (GMB) and a NAHB Certified Green Professional (CGP). The commitment to excellence has earned recognition among his peers as a winner of numerous awards to include; Chrysalis Award, Professional Remodeler Best of the Northeast Bronze Award (2x), Professional Remodeler Best of the Best Award, Professional Remodeler Best of the Best Platinum Award - Commercial Remodel, Shore Builders Association FAME Award, among others.

An active family guy, Mike lives with his family in Cranbury, NJ.  In the area, Mike is involved with a list of local charities and non-profit organizations among those are Cranbury Lions Club where he is held numerous local and state positions: NJ State Region 4 Past Chairman, President, Melvin Jones Fellowship, among others.
